Service Tab

If the financial institution is using other Elements (Payment, Insurance or Asset Recovery) with the Collection Element, Elements passes information to other web services, allowing users to quickly work with these services inside the Elements workspace.

These services are initiated by clicking the button of the desired Element found at the top of the workspace. The name of the Service tab changes to reflect the service that is initiated. For example, if Payment is selected at the top of the workspace, the Service tab is renamed to Payment.

The screens that are used within these services are provided by the service provider but are visible on the Services tab.

Only one service can be used at one time within the workspace.
